Based in Calgary, Parston will be responsible for advancing O’Leary Digital’s portfolio of critical digital infrastructure projects, including Wonder Valley in Alberta and the Stratos Project in Utah. He will provide executive oversight for responsible project development and delivery, including regulatory and permitting processes, with a focus on rigorous compliance, disciplined execution and prudent capital deployment.

Parston joins O’Leary Digital from KPMG, where he served as a Partner and National Leader for Infrastructure, Capital Projects and Sustainability. Prior to KPMG, he worked for a large international engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) company.

As Chief Operating Officer, Parston will work alongside O’Leary Digital’s multidisciplinary team of experts across North America to guide project development, strengthen operational governance and support effective execution across the company’s platform. His mandate will include maintaining strong commercial and capital discipline, actively managing project risk and ensuring projects are developed and delivered in accordance with stringent regulatory, environmental and technical requirements, while meeting the company’s broader socio-economic commitments.
